Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our team in store in Printemps Haussmann. You will work with your team to build and maintain loyal customer relationships, enhance sales, and deliver positive business outcomes, with an emphasis on service and attentiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage omni-channel services.
  • Facilitate a seamless customer journey, ensuring a premium client experience.
  • Engage in visual merchandising to enhance store aesthetics.
  • Serve as a point of reference for the team, offering motivation and mentorship on client journey and KPIs.
  • Meet sales, conversion, and clienteling objectives.
  • Maintain administrative tasks and efficient inventory management.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within retail or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and providing excellent service.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
  • Fluent in English, work proficient French required. Additional languages especially Mandarin or Korean would be a plus.
