We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team at the Printemps Haussmann store. This role is instrumental in building strong customer relationships, increasing sales, and contributing to positive business results, with a primary focus on service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage omni-channel services.
• Facilitate a seamless customer journey for a premium client experience.
• Engage in visual merchandising to elevate store presentation.
• Serve as a reference point for the team, providing guidance and mentorship on client experiences and KPIs.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling goals.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain efficient inventory processes.
