Starting as a small boutique in Berlin in 2014, RIANNA + NINA has grown rapidly, attracting international attention and acclaim for their never-before-seen, vibrant styles. Today, we're represented in over 50 A-list boutiques and leading hotels worldwide, attracting clients from across the globe.

As we continue to expand our presence worldwide, we're seeking a Wholesale Manager to grow and nurture relationships with our international partners, as well as explore new opportunities in our dynamic market. Your Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy to drive revenue growth and expand RIANNA + NINA´s presence in key markets worldwide.
  • Identify and prioritize potential wholesale partners, including department stores, boutiques, and online retailers, that align with the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and driving ongoing collaboration and growth.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with RIANNA + NINA´s brand standards and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Production, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of wholesale initiatives and product launches.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and growth within the wholesale channel.


Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of previous work experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 
  • Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with our international partners
  • The ideal candidate for this role would be Berlin-based, with the option for remote work and flexible working hours.
  • Proven track record of success in wholesale, sales and distribution within the fashion industry, with a focus on luxury or premium brands.
  • Strong network of relationships within the wholesale market (international client book), with a demonstrated ability to identify and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of RIANNA + NINA and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep passion for fashion and an appreciation for the unique aesthetic and values of RIANNA + NINA
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with wholesale partners and represent the brand at industry events.
