As we expand our footprint in the UK, we are in search of a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior New Business Sales Manager. This position focuses on fostering new business relationships and establishing Eco-Counter as the preferred partner for mobility data solutions nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to design and execute new business strategies in the Active Travel and Transport markets.
- Initiate contacts, conduct presentations, and convert potential partnerships into lasting client relationships.
- Focus on matching client needs with the appropriate Eco-Counter solutions, fostering long-term recurring revenue.
- Engage with decision-makers including cities, counties, national parks, and public organizations to build trust.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to broaden market knowledge and monitor competitor actions, strengthening Eco-Counter’s sector presence.
Qualifications
- Passion for initiating sales, building new relationships, and closing impactful deals.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in public sector roles, with a successful history in new business development.
- Knowledge in Active Travel, Transport, or Road Safety is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and confidently.
- Experience engaging with senior public-sector stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and staying connected with the team, with a willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
