Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate and develop the store team
2. Drive sales and deliver against commercial targets and KPIs
3. Create a highly personalised and memorable client experience
4. Build long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling
5. Oversee daily store operations, stock management and visual standards
6. Coach the team on product knowledge, service and selling techniques
7. Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer retention
8. Support in-store events, launches, private appointments and VIP experiences
9. Work closely with the wider business to ensure a consistent brand experience

About You

1. Previous management experience within luxury retail, jewellery or premium fashion
2. Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of driving sales
3. Confident leading, coaching and developing a team
4. Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
5. Passionate about customer experience, design and modern luxury
6. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
