JOB DESCRIPTION

● You will be a key actor of the data team 

● Oversee the BAU activities of the data team with the help of the junior data analyst 

● Produce fashion reports and answer spontaneous data ad-hoc demands

● Collaborate with the fashion team and the business analyst to deliver periodic reports and contribute to new data approaches

● Accompany the junior data analyst in developing her knowledge

● You have a self-taught approach – you like to learn new things by yourself and find solutions to problems you encounter

● Structured - you like to answer complex business questions through data. You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it

● Attention to detail & curiosity – you like to understand the results from your data analysis and find explanations to « unusual » trends

● You are a team player - you always demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and want to work in a team

● Creativity & proactivity - you can find creative and simple solutions to tricky problems, use new approaches, tools and/or test new ways of leveraging data

● Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English

● First experience as a Data Analyst mandatory (2+ years)

● Entrepreneurial experience can be a plus

TECHNICAL STACK

● OpenSearch to request the relevant data

● Google Analytics to track our users’ traffic

● Execute R and VBA scripts to update periodical reports

● Use Python to create new reports and answer spontaneous ad-hoc demands
