Global Head of Wholesale Excellence
Lacoste FR

Global Head of Wholesale Excellence — Lacoste | Paris

📍 Paris 16e | Permanent, CDI | 2 days, work from home

Lacoste is looking for a Global Head of Wholesale Excellence to own one of its most strategic initiatives: transforming how the brand connects with its retail partners worldwide through a best-in-class B2B digital experience.

This is a high-visibility role at the heart of Lacoste's wholesale strategy — sitting within the Global Buying & Planning team, with two direct reports and strong cross-functional exposure across commercial, product, IT, and regional teams.

The Role

You will lead three interconnected missions:

1. B2B Platform Leadership Own the global wholesale digital platform (Salesforce-based) end-to-end — from roadmap definition to deployment in new markets (including the US). You'll drive continuous improvement of the order-taking and replenishment experience for Key Accounts and Specialty retailers alike, translating client feedback and market benchmarks into concrete enhancements.

2. Seasonal Order Management (RUN) Oversee the preparation and execution of each selling season — coordinating across functions to ensure tools and content are ready on time, milestones are met, and client satisfaction stays high.

3. Global Wholesale Order Model Harmonisation Lead the creation of the seasonal wholesale toolkit, enforce global segmentation, and collaborate closely with Product and Buying to deliver dedicated, coherent assortments to retail partners globally.

Your Team

  1. Reports to: Global Buying & Planning WHS Excellence Director
  2. 2 direct reports: Business Project Manager + B2B Run Manager
  3. Peer team: Allocations, Buying, E-Retail & Merch Planning

What We're Looking For

  1. 10+ years of experience in wholesale, ideally within premium or luxury fashion
  2. Proven hands-on experience with wholesale/B2B digital platforms (order management, replenishment, e-catalogues)
  3. Salesforce knowledge is mandatory
  4. Strong change management skills — you're comfortable leading train-the-trainer programmes and rallying diverse stakeholders (commercial, IT, product, regional)
  5. Small team management experience
  6. Genuine interest in technology and digital tools
  7. Fluent English (working language of the role)
  8. Analytical mindset with strong synthesis and communication skills

Why This Role

  1. Strategic, global scope with real decision-making power
  2. Direct impact on Lacoste's most important commercial channel
  3. Cross-functional exposure at the highest level
  4. A brand with heritage, ambition, and the scale to match
