About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team for a 3-week pop-up activation at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris.

As a brand ambassador for Damson Madder, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, support daily retail operations, and embody the brand’s creative and contemporary spirit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
2. Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
3. Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
4. Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards
5. Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory organization
6. Process transactions efficiently and accurately
7. Represent the brand image and values at all times

Profile

1. Minimum 1 year of previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in fashion or premium retail
2. Fluent in both French and English
3. Strong interest and sensitivity to fashion, trends, and styling
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
