The Role
● Support the Director with daily admin tasks
● Diary and schedule management
● Copywriting and document approvals
● General office admin tasks
● Assist with company projects and client communication/translation in Mandarin
● Other ad-hoc duties may be required depending on seasonal company needs
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
● Intuitive and well-organised
● Self-sufficient
● Native Mandarin essential
