About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of delivering our customer experience—welcoming guests, sharing our brand story, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic concession environment. You’ll bring positive energy, a strong sense of style, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

1. Greet and assist all customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
2. Understand and communicate brand values, product features, and styling suggestions.
3. Help meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
4. Develop relationships with new and returning customers to drive loyalty and repeat visits.

Visual & Operational Excellence

1. Ensure the concession space is clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand and store guidelines.
2. Support daily operational tasks including restocking, inventory tracking, and point-of-sale transactions.
3. Follow store policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
4. Responsible for completing and submitting daily performance reports to HQ.

Team Contribution

1. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer service and day-to-day flow.
2. Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and managers.
3. Show flexibility in adapting to new tasks, changes in store priorities, or busy trading periods.

Who You Are

1. Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or department store environments.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
3. Passionate about fashion, styling, and sustainability.
4. Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
5. Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
6. Reliable, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
