Sales Associate - Fine Jewellery - Department Store

Become part of a high-end jewellery team located within one of Paris's premier department stores. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, providing personalised service and expert knowledge of our exquisite jewellery collections. With your passion for luxury and attention to detail, you will create memorable moments for clients, assisting them in selecting perfect pieces for their special occasions.

Responsibilities

1. Sales performance: Achieve individual and store sales targets, build and maintain client relationships through networking, events, and outreach, and support team members in their sales efforts.
2. Brand representation: Act as a brand ambassador by delivering high-end client service, following selling guidelines, and maintaining strong knowledge of the brand’s heritage and products.
3. Visual standards: Ensure the boutique presentation complies with visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Team & operations: Collaborate with the team, participate in meetings and events, support stock management and administrative tasks when needed.

Profile

1. Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
2. Proven experience in jewellery sales, with a strong focus on clienteling and CRM.
3. Able to adapt to change and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop new client relationships.
5. Previous experience in a department store is a plus.
