ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Spa Therapist with our client, a luxury lifestyle brand based in the Cotswolds, you will play a vital role in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. You will provide a range of professional beauty treatments including massage, nails and waxing to the highest standards, ensuring every guest receives a personalised, relaxing experience.


Your responsibilities will include managing treatment bookings, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness products, and guiding guests on their wellness journey. With a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork, you’ll contribute to maintaining the spa's exceptional standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike


HOURS: 40 hours including weekends.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Undertake full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered.
  2. Carry out treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures.
  3. Ensure exceptional familiarity with the all retail products and treatment and recommend to clients.
  4. Support the Spa Manager with any other ad-hoc duties.
  5. Bring the client's purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to their journey as a B Corp, and aligning with their sustainability vision.
  6. Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners alike to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.



SKILLS NEEDED

  1. Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Award Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences, NVQ Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 (Senior).
  2. Nail Technician (any of: VCTC Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments, CIBTAC Nail Technician Diploma, ITEC Level 2 (Junior)
  3. Certification in Intimate Waxing
