We are looking for a Brand General Manager who will manage the European business of 2 of our brands which are continuously growing in collaboration with our valued retailers in Europe. Our Brand General Manager for both brands is a self-motivated and multi-tasking individual who knows how to satisfy our customers, find business growth potential and inspire the team to achieve expected results.

Your responsibilities are :

 Developing and implementing a strategic business plan

 Overseeing daily business operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs

 Manage, inspire and empower the team by building trust

 Recruit, hire, develop and train the team

 Build strong relationships with retailers, media, journalists

 Generate business reports to the local Managing Director and to HQ


Requirements

 Master’s degree in marketing or in business with a specialization in marketing

 Expert knowledge in the marketing field and European cosmetics industry

 3 years of experience in brand management is required


Essential Skills

 Business savvy, ability to multi-task, strong research and analytical skills

 Comfort with new technologies and social media (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, ..)

 Entrepreneurial, ability to problem-solve, proactive and flexible

 Maintain a keen interest in the cosmetics industry and market trends

 A true brand ambassador with a passion
