Role: In charge of the relationship and the implementation of the partnership between Lanvin & Farfetch.
Complete the definition and scope of the need, negotiate the contractual and commercial terms of the relationship.
Obtain the best possible deal for Lanvin in commercial terms, image, protection of the inventory of the existing retail network and in complementarity with the Lanvin.com site.
Define the catalogue of products (product assortment and depth).
Ensure that the place given to Lanvin on the platform meets the image and reputation requirements of the House.
Operational execution: decide on the network of shops concerned by the partnership, set up the operational process, set up the necessary tools in the shop (packaging, software), train the teams.
Define a forecast OTB for the shops concerned by the partnership.
Operational monitoring of the relationship / marketplace management: set up the dashboards / KPIs necessary to monitor the activity, ensure the profitability of the operation, ensure that the terms of the contract are respected.
Make sure the prices are in line with the Retail Network.
Facilitate the relationship with Farfetch: with the internal teams involved, organize e-events, soft launches for certain product lines, offer exclusive Farfetch.
Monitor and manage “wild” markdowns from wholesale partners in relation to the Wholesales management of Lanvin
