A renowned luxury fashion brand is seeking a Senior Production Executive.
This is a permanent contract to start early 2025!
- Manages the launch of manufacturing orders in compliance with ERP procedures, and confirms orders with manufacturers.
- Ensures the launch of orders to factories within production capacities and reservations, adhering to deadlines, and communicates on the feasibility of delivery schedules and necessary adjustments.
- Updates delivery times and prices.
- Follows up with manufacturers and alerts risks to the manager and internal services (Customer Service/Merchandising).
- Manages the launch and scheduling of CT/PPS/SS in line with Time to Market. Coordinates planning and validations with manufacturers in collaboration with the Engineering Department (BE).
- Responsible for negotiating production prices with manufacturers.
- Provides weekly reporting.
MANAGING DEMAND AND SUPPLY
Finished Products
- Oversees pre-purchases in factories and collects information under the responsibility of the direct supervisor.
- Controls purchase orders for materials and components from manufacturers and their delivery times.
- Manages the validation of lab dips and quality testing of materials in collaboration with the BE.
- Monitors receptions, ensuring coordination of material and component validation in compliance with specifications, and ensures availability of labels for regulatory shipments.
Custom Products
- Calculates demand.
- Analyzes the coherence of production needs and manages the allocation of raw materials/packaging.
- Supports shipments to production sites based on priorities and workload.
- Generates picking lists, stock movements for raw materials/components/labeling & packaging shipments.
- Verifies correct reception of materials and components and ensures quantities and quality have been checked.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS
- Coordinates the collection of information for composition labels and barcodes for various sites.
- Coordinates goods shipments in collaboration with the production manager.
- Travel to factories and warehouses may be required.
- Participates in technical fittings.
- Manages collection campaigns with manufacturers (PDS, prototypes, audits, etc.).
- Acts as the liaison between carriers and manufacturers; creates production transport orders, assigns charges, and validates.
- Supports manufacturing disputes and follows up on repairs/claims.
- Verifies invoice and warehouse reception compliance to ensure payments, follows up on invoices, and participates in the CUT-OFF process.
- Closes orders in the ERP system.
- Contributes to the creation of specifications.
- Produces annual or seasonal reports on subcontractor performance from a supply chain quality perspective.

PROFILE
- A degree from a fashion school with strong experience in a luxury brand (minimum of 5 years).
- Strong work ethic in a demanding environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities are essential.
- Expertise in negotiation.
- IT tools: Interest in IT tools and excellent proficiency with the Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
- Excellent command of both English and French is essential. A third language, such as Italian, is a plus.
- Strong product sense.
