This role involves leading and developing a diverse team, managing budgets and operations to meet sales objectives, implementing Nike's strategies (e.g., sustainability, Membership Access, and digital services), and ensuring the store aligns with Nike's standards and directives. Collaboration with business partners across stores and corporate levels is crucial.


Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for a unique shopping experience.
  • Lead and develop a diverse, high-functioning team.
  • Manage department budgets and operations to achieve sales goals, optimize services, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support and implement Nike's store strategies, including sustainability and digital services.
  • Gather information to optimize store positioning within the region.
  • Ensure store compliance with all Nike standards and guidelines.
  • Cooperate with business partners in stores and at the corporate level.


Required Skills:

  • Passion for Nike and/or sports.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales and/or management roles.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong background in delivering high-quality consumer services.
  • Ability to establish partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and managing problems.
  • Talent for building, evolving, and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and during weekends.
