If from the fashion sector, the candidate should have experience in store management with a proven track record in business and people leadership. For candidates from the jewellery sector, a Deputy Director profile may also be considered.

- Significant experience working with high-end clients and managing store turnovers of at least £3-5M.
- Department store experience is a plus but not mandatory. A strong understanding of retail excellence and B2B development within luxury environments like Selfridges or Harrods is preferred.
- The ability to think outside the box and navigate complex environments, including tax refund processes and cross-border challenges.
- Experience with Sinophone clientele is a plus, as it is a key demographic.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience managing at least 5 people, with a strong track record in managing change and developing diverse and complex teams. This includes mentoring high performers and guiding new team members through structured development programs.
