We're looking for a RTW developer to join the Y/PROJECT Team.

This is a 6 months contract to start ASAP.

You will be responsible for developing the Woven business and managing the Product development for both Women’s and Men’s collections. You will join a young, creative and dynamic team and be a key contributor to the development and success of RTW collections!

Main responsibilities:

1. Product Development

- Manages the Product development in tandem with the designer at each milestone of the

process and calendar:

o Product definition and specification with Design

o Product development in direct contact with suppliers :

- sketch hand offs,

- fittings,

- follow up of deliveries,

- centralisation of product information (consumption, industrial cost…)

o Sourcing strategy : in close collaboration with other Product developers, and Production, monitors

allocation & workload of the suppliers during the development phase

o Line editing with the Design & Commercial team

- Responsible for achieving qualitative and costing/margin objectives in line with the Pricing

strategy

- Delivers ‘go to production’ products following the Product development process and

deadlines

- Ensures the data system management in Zedonk at each milestone of the process from the

product launch (codification, product information)

- Contributes to the Sourcing strategy, supplier network and seasonal suppliers allocations

with Design and Production

2. Collection monitoring

- Ensures that developments are in line with the collection structure (ref, ref.col),

- Builds an efficient Fabrics & trims plan of his category

- Contributes to the pricing sessions and monitors the pricing strategy of his category

- Monitors the seasonal margin targets along the product development phase

3. Product Strategy

- Participates in the product strategy of the category by providing pricing studies and competition

analysis

- In collaboration with studio and production, recommends the Strategic priorities & seasonal key

initiatives to develop its categories
