Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the smooth daily operations, ensuring high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage stock, logistics flow, and back-of-house activities.
3. Contribute to the planning and implementation of action plans to enhance store performance.

Team Support

1. Aid the Store Manager in leading and developing the team.
2. Promote a culture of excellence through effective coaching and feedback.
3. Partner with the Store Manager on scheduling and organizational tasks for the team.

Client Focus

1. Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards in client interactions.
2. Support the team in building product knowledge and improving service quality for better customer engagement.

Profile

1. Experience in a managerial role within the retail fashion sector.
2. Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to enhance team management skills.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Immediate availability required.
5. Knowledge of the Milanese market.
