STORE MANAGER (Maternity Cover – Fixed-Term Contract, 9 months)

We are currently seeking a Store Manager for a maternity cover, on a fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months. Immediate availability is required.

STORE OPERATIONS

1. Ensure flawless daily operations and uphold the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and client environment.
2. Oversee stock accuracy, back-of-house excellence, logistics flow, and e-commerce execution in-store. Act as key liaison for facilities and operational matters.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

1. Drive store performance through clear action plans, KPI monitoring, and continuous analysis of sales, traffic, and collection results.
2. Deliver concise reporting and actionable insights to HQ.
3. Ensure full compliance with administrative and fiscal processes.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

1. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team in line with brand expectations.
2. Foster a culture of excellence through continuous coaching, feedback, and structured performance management.
3. Manage store scheduling and ensure optimal team organisation.
4. Act as main point of reference for HR matters in-store.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

1. Guarantee an exceptional and consistent client experience aligned with the brand universe.
2. Ensure strong product expertise and service culture across the team to drive engagement and conversion.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

1. Partner closely with Retail, VM, and Creative teams on seasonal strategy, visual installations, and pop-ups.
2. Collaborate with Corporate functions (Retail, Operations, IT, CRM) to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.

PROFILE

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within a luxury retail environment, managing a team of at least 5 people
2. Proven strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and develop high-performing teams
3. Fluent in English and Italian
4. Knowledge of the Milan retail market
5. Strong fashion sensitivity and brand awareness
6. Solid 360° understanding of store management (operations, team, business, client experience)
