Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales KPIs.

• Engage every customer, providing assistance and product advice in Arabic as needed.
• Implement visual merchandising initiatives in line with seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in back of house areas.
