About Alyx Studio and The Role

Alyx Studio is a dynamic startup transitioning its base from Italy to Paris / London. As a designer brand specializing in ready-to-wear (PRT) fashion, we are in search of a dedicated RTW Production Manager for a 6-month contract. This key position involves collaborating closely with the Design Studio to develop and perfect prototypes from inception to production approval. The role demands agility, autonomy, and leadership, geared towards individuals who thrive in a nimble corporate structure and possess a strong background in PAP development and production.

Main Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Design Studio to develop and finalize prototypes from the initial phase to production approval.

- Handle the sending of technical packs.

- Manage the purchasing of raw materials, including price negotiation and scheduling.

- Monitor and optimize the supplier network.

- Oversee the launching of SMS and prototypes according to suppliers' expertise.

- Participate in fittings to manage product feasibility and pricing from start to production approval.

- Responsible for delivery scheduling and monitoring supplier capacities.

- Optimize product cost by negotiating prices, material use, and transportation.

- Update product information in databases.

- Supervise and approve manufacturers' control reports and audits.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years' experience in development and production.

- Proven experience in ready-to-wear (PAP) is essential.

- Agility, autonomy, and a proactive approach.

- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Experience in a small, agile structure is required.
