**About the Role**

Join our team as a UAT Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in the deployment of our innovative e-commerce platform. Your expertise in coordinating and facilitating the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process will ensure the platform's functionality and success. With your keen attention to detail and proactive approach, you'll collaborate with various teams to streamline testing activities, ensuring project milestones are met with precision and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead and facilitate all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our e-commerce platform redevelopment project.

- Liaise with project managers, business owners, and technical teams to comprehend project requirements and develop tailored test plans and strategies.

- Create and manage detailed test cases and scenarios reflective of business requirements and user stories.

- Organize UAT sessions, providing user training and orientation as necessary.

- Document test outcomes, including defects and issues, working closely with development teams for resolution.

- Monitor UAT progress, offering regular updates to stakeholders and escalating issues where required.

- Engage with end users and stakeholders to integrate feedback into the testing process continuously.

- Support the enhancement of UAT processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with additional languages beneficial.

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, specifically within User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Strong background in e-commerce and order fulfillment processes.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven capability to work collaboratively across functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience with test management tools and software (Jira, Confluence, Xray) is advantageous.

- A good understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred.

- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
