Our client is a French maison of up-standing luxury, renowned for it's powerful aesthetic and beautiful history. They would like to find their next Client Engagement & CRM Director.


Clienteling Director

As a WW clienteling director, you will contribute to the implementation and management of the relationship strategy with the Maison's customers, by implementing and deploying the global strategy for CRM/Client Data.

From defining a one-to-one contact plan to monitoring performance, you collaborate with the different departments of the Maison, maintaining privileged contact with the regions.

 

Orchestrate one-to-one campaigns:

 

• Coordinate and make a set of assets available to sellers and ambassadors

• Support for local activation requests (translation of models, monitoring of implementation)

• Coordinate the implementation of assets in the different clienteling tools according to a defined schedule

• Definition of strategic guidelines for sellers and ambassadors

• Ensure a good understanding of CRM KPIs by the different markets and manage their performance in order to achieve the objectives


Contribute to the implementation of the clienteling strategy:

 

• Reflection and participation in the definition and animation of the clienteling strategy (conversion, retention, repetition and reactivation of the customer database)

• Collaborate with Communication teams to design assets and templates to support the relational strategy, and make them available in all tools

• Participate in the identification and expression of needs for application developments

 

Ensure management and monitoring:

 

• Ensure reporting of KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis: quality of data collected, progress of CRM KPIs, customer satisfaction, newsletter and journey results

• Share results internally and develop action plans in collaboration with Retail to continually improve performance

• Work with the different divisions to identify ad hoc analysis needs (Retail, Merchandising)

• Ensure the profitability of campaigns and investments made


Post is based in Paris, English and French essential.
