Summary

Join our Luxury Multi-brand International Interiors Company as a Business Analyst/ERP Project Manager, and help us bring innovative interiors to life. We are looking for someone that has the drive to take on this challenging role, collaborating with many different departments within our company.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, managing budgets, timelines, resources and risks. You will ensure that all stakeholders understand the objectives, milestones and deliverables of each project. Providing thought leadership in process improvement and change management initiatives, your analytical approach will also identify ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

It is worth noting the project has already started and needs someone who can implement it further. Please note you would be coming in towards the end of the process with hubspot so our client is open to freelance/contractor or permanent. They are not looking for developers and you are not implementing it, they need someone to now project manage it take over and be driven by deadlines and efficiencies.

Objectives

- We expect you to plan and monitor the progress of an already-started ERP project for a Luxury Multi-brand International Interiors Company,

- You shall define business requirements by engaging stakeholders from multiple departments within the company,

- You will analyze existing processes and recommend improvements in order to maximise return on investment,

- We require you to coordinate with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products and services,

- You shall lead team members in developing creative solutions to complex problems,

- We expect you to produce reports and other documents related to the ERP projects progress,

- You will create detailed project plans and provide visibility into milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies,

- We require you to track the budget and report regularly on 'financial status of the project,

-You shall develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization

- We expect you to support post-project analysis activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- You must have at least 3-4 years experience in Business Analysis and ERP Project Management

- We expect you to demonstrate a certain enthusiasm for a luxury interiors start-up

- You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

- You must have an understanding of data analysis principles and strong analytical skills

- You should have the ability to clearly articulate progress updates of the project to upper management

- We want you to identify risks associated with projects and suggest mitigation strategies
